Problems with synchronisation

I have been using MMEX on an android tablet, windows 10 PC and laptop very happily for several months. Recently however, it has started playing up.
Whenever I sync the database on the android tablet I get an error saying "item does not exist". And when I access the database via the windows machine, t doesn't pick up any of the recent transactions I have entered.
I have checked and there is only one database in the file location, and as I say allwas working a short while ago but suddenly stopped.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
