Currently I am using a Win 7 computer and using Msmoney Sunset Deluxe.

On Win 7 this is working well and has good Cash Flow casting charts.

Problem is I would like to stop using windows and use Linux Mint.
Linux versions can be found at http://distrowatch.com

The only thing that stops me using Linux is a money program that can import successfully my Microsoft money files and have very similar features to Microsoft money especially the cash flow forecast feature.

Exported as QIF in money and tried to import into Money Manager Ex
Account imported but no transactions were imported

hello!

I am in a similar position. running ms money in parallels/windows xp. that's the only program left to migrate to Mac.
money manager ex looks a great alternative and is open source.
but i am struggling to import QIF file for a single account to MMEX.
it parses the accounts but at the end shows

Import Finished Successfully
Total Imported: 0

and in fact there are 0 transactions imported into MMEX.

Is there a proven way/tutorial as to how move from reasonably big ms money database to MMEX? that includes transfers, investment accounts, accounts being renamed over time etc.

Please provide qif file samle.

I am trying to import Quicken 2016 QIF file. it appears to import the accounts but no transactions.
