How do I make an account for my RRSP?

An RRSP is a Registered Retirement Savings Plan. It is composed of various stocks and bonds. I control the risk level but not the individual stocks or bonds. I go on line week days and get the latest balance. My employee contributes to the RRSP in my name and I have the option to do likewise from my pay and also I occasionally contribute through my bank account. The Investment account seems to want details of individual stocks and bonds which I can't provide. I need something that will record deposits and withdrawals as well as the market determined ups and downs of the balance. Any help will be appreciated.
