Preferred date-range...is it possible?

Hello,
I'm new in MMEX.
I'm trying to work on report now; I'd need to see report in each categories, choosing a specific date-range.
I see the windows with the dates, but I can't change them: I just can change using the basic choose (last month, last year, etc..).
How can I choose for example "from 01 05 2018 to 15 05 2019"?
Using a Mac system.
