[ADDED] CATEGORY\SUBCATEGORY translation marks

Hi,
I have marked all CATEGORies \ SUBCATEGORies for translation using _(). The translaton will occur once during new database creation.

Some .po files have been apdated from sources (See list below).
Now you want to translate the categories and subcategories for your language.
croatian.po
czech.po dutch.po dutch_be.po
english-uk.po english.po french.po
german.po greek.po hungarian.po
indonesian.po italian.po norwegian.po
polish.po portuguese.po portuguese_portugal.po
romanian.po russian.po slovak.po
