Where to Set Creditors and Debtors ?

Hallow ALL !,
Where do i set Creditors and Debtors, If i have individuals who borrow money for short term and vice versa and i want to monitor these.

You could create an account for them, and transfer money to them.  Then when that account balances, they've paid up.

Initially I was in the same dilemma but created these accounts under "Loans" category. Positive balance means receivable and negative balance means payable.
