Version 1.6.3 keyboard shortcuts do not work anymore

Hello,

I notice that in the new version 1.6.3 the keyboard shortcuts do not work anymore.

I use Shift+r and there is no reaction.

Ctrl + 1... 7 to change transaction color
Shift +
R - Reconcile
U - Unreconcile
D - Duplicate
F - Fllowup

F9 - new transaction
F1 Help pages
Ctrl +N -newDB
Ctrl+O Open DB file

Is it a bug?
Can I just reconfigure them somewhere?
