Iphone Installation ?

Hi, I'm new to this forum so please be patient with me

!
I want to install Money Manager Ex on the following platforms all syc together using a dropbox folder:
Linux
Windows 10 and Windows 7
Android phone
iPhone
My question is how I can install on the iPhone ?

There won't be an iOS app anytime soon, or an updated Android version either, because the project doesn't have any iOS or Android developers to build the apps. The Android developer seems to have retired from the project... I don't think there were ever any iOS developers.
