how to deal with a shared bank account?

For some things I use a shared bank account with the partner.

I wonder how to use that? All expense from there should just count as 50% in the statistics where the money goes.
Sometimes you also might pay a voyage via credit card and offset this with the shared bank account.

Well, I joust could bill the half in MMEX, but is there a more elegant solution?
