Mornin'y'all, I'm new to linux (Zorin) and to MMEX, so please bear with me.
I have a MMEX file called Test, the directory it sits in fills up with misc files titled something like
test.mmb_update_2024_03_27.bak
How do I set the program to save them in another directory (folder), or can I get rid of them, or ...
And maybe someone explain what they are used for and why MMEX keeps adding more of them
Thanks
Jim

Re: extra files
MMEX creates backup files (.bak) on request, which are always located in the same directory as the database.
This can be set in the options.

Re: extra files
Thanks for that, For some reason I overlooked it. I guess there is no way to designate a folder to save them in, would be nice to have the back up in a different folder.
Thanks
