Possible memory leak in Mac version

Post by giorgiootj »

I have an M1 Mac, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage. I'm using MMEX 1.8.0. When I use the Budget features, in a little time a window will open and say that I've used almost all of my processing space, with MMEX using about 40GB, all other applications well below 1GB, and asks me to close any applications in order to have more space. Of course, if I close MMEX, the database will not be properly closed. I wonder if there is a memory leak in the Mac version. Thanks!

It sounds like you may be experiencing a memory leak in the MMEX application, which can cause it to consume excessive memory over time. I recommend updating to the latest version of MMEX, as they may have addressed this issue, or checking their forums for similar reports and potential fixes.
