when search payees, put 3/5 most used at top

i think maybe useful, put the most 3/5 used payees at the top of the search, because i think the most 3/5 most used are near always the same.

Yeah! that is "pure Pareto!" 8-)

Nice idea to think on have a "frequent list" on every search: transactions, payee, categories, tags... etc... :idea:
