Have you made this correction to the subcategories under MMEX?
Try under MMEX Tools/Database/optimaze Database and Check Database.

Yes, I have changed all the subcategories.
I have also optimized the database from MMEX.
There is no option to check the database in the menu.
But it still doesn't work.
