Hi Lisheng

Just to let you know that from all of the testing that I have done re. v1.8.1 I have found no issue with the revised encryption and/or accessing the AES256 encrypted file via the Android version of MMEX.

thanks @Baldrick

@Nikolay , @whall3y , and @nstein,
it is confident to include the new encryption cipher in the upcoming release for desktop, thoughts?

Hello everybody,

OS : Opensuse Tumbelweed
MMEX Desktop : 1.8.1-RC.1 64 bits
MMEX Android : Version 2024.11.19

An encryption file can be opened with both MMEX desktop and android.
But the MMEX Android is slower than with a .mmb file.
It's just an observation. Not a bug for me.

Since v2024.12.25(1055), will switch to SQLite3MC from SQLCipher, we expect some performance improvement.

you can check it out via Open Testing link https://play.google.com/apps/testing/co ... ex.android

you can download it from GitHub directly https://github.com/moneymanagerex/andro ... 12.25.1055

f-droid would take a long time to have it.
