Great thanks I will check the new changes and update the Dutch file.
What of course is a continious project, since you guys are still improving this already great product.

Some new strings added please check.
Seen and these new strings have been added and translated. See the attached file with the newest PO and MO file for the Dutch language.

Thanks for "finally" adding my name to the translaters. After I saw that I have updated the file again.
Attached you find the newest Dutch language file for version 1.1.0
As usual the zip-file contains the PO and MO files.
Greetings
Peter

Rechecked this newer version and also did some changes to inconsistent Dutch translations.
Also two remarks on the English texts;
- trew view
I guess this is tree view, trew is for me (and some translation programs) an unknown word.
- followup and follow up
Shouldn't they both be changed to follow-up, followup is unknown for the translation programs.

Updated the Dutch file for 1.1.1 from the source code POT file from Github per 3-11-2014
So even new lines for upcomming changes (as I guess) that have been added have been translated in this file.
Dutch:
De Dutch.po en Dutch.mo bestanden zijn bijgewerkt voor versie 1.1.1 en ook zijn nieuwe wijzigingen (per 3-11) van Github (voor komende updates) al vertaald,

I used the initial version of the user tkamphuis posted in 2010, that wasn't updated for two years. I have updated the dutch.po/mo in 2012 and maintained the file since then.
To bad to see that my translation is no longer included in the newer releases (1.1.2)
So I guess I can stop translating and leave things over to others.
I updated the translations because there are some errors in it. I find it very annoying to see these errors when using this program every day. Grammar errors, spacing errors and un-translated strings are all corrected.
1073; dutch.po
1074; dutch.mo
Also, I have a question (before changing all the strings):
'Assets' is translated to 'bezittingen' but I think 'Activa' translates better.
Nu staat er steeds: Bezitting toevoegen, Naam bezitting wijzigen...dat ziet er gek uit. Activa wordt altijd gebruikt in financiële boeken. Lijkt me beter om het daarin te veranderen?

Too bad too see (what I expected) that there were no more updates or reactions from tkamphuis or Henkie.
OR are they updating the file online??
IF NOT, then well lets give it another try, attached you find an updated file for the Dutch Translation.
This is for 1.2.2
The errors mentioned in the previous topic (bugs/677/) have been corrected.
Concerning the remark of Henkie (changing assets in Dutch from bezittingen to activa) I think different about that. For financial accounting, yes correct activa might be better, but activa is also the payment accounts, creditcard amounts and even stocks. I see it (also looking at the picture/icon of a car) as an asset.

Updated the Dutch language file to the latest PO and MO files, version 1.3
The previous version included all changes, this version includes a number of corrections, mostly spelling.
Dutch/Nederlands:
De Dutch.po en Dutch.mo taalbestanden zijn bijgewerkt voor versie 1.3
De vorige versie bevatte nieuwe vertalingen, deze versie is vooral verbeterd wat betreft spelling.
Mocht iemand nog fouten (zal vaak ook grammatica betreffen) zien, dan hoor ik het graag.

Because of problems with C++ redistributable issues and the fact that Windows update wasn't working as it should I had to stay with 1.3 for a while. That's the reason haven't been translating last few months. But finally all is working again. In the nightly releases I came across the 1.4alpha version. I installed that and it seems to work okay for me. So I have updated the translation for 1.4alpha.
