Windows Defender blocking install

Hi,
I'm trying to install MMEX, but Windows defender is blocking the installation (Win 10 Pro, 64 bit) with the following message:
"Windows protected your PC
Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.
App: mmex-1.5.13-win64(3).exe
Publisher: Unknown publisher "
Is this fixable?
