I change the date format to DD-MM-YYYY in the MMEX options box but in the reports it remains as yyyy-mm-dd. Can this be changed?

Simon, you are not using the official open source version of Money Manager Ex.

You are using a (probably rather old) modified version from mi-shop/JioSoft.
