Account shows id numbers against each transaction but they are not in chronological date order

Transaction ID numbers are unique references allocated in the order in which transactions are entered into MMEX across all accounts. They therefore won't necessarily be in chronological date order.
You should order your transaction list by date by clicking on the header of the Date column as shown below. Click again to reverse the order depending on whether you prefer most recent transactions at the top or the bottom.
You can right click the header and hide the ID column if you wish.
