Hello,
I received the message "Control Operation MMEX - Transaction locked at date: 2022-01-01 - Transactions reconciled." trying to modify a note in an old transaction.
I saw also that no operation are allowed before that data.
Is it normal ?
Does a system exist to manage previous operations?

It would be helpful for us if you could tell us with which operating system and which MMEX version the problem occurs.
Question which "Opening Date" has the account in question (smaller or bigger than the booking date).

Where do I find the Opening date ?
I started to use MMEX at the end of 2021 beginning 2022 but I create some transactions in the past.

Status is: Aperti (Open)
Data di Apertura (Opening date) is: now 07/02/2019 after I modified it to try to enter one specific transaction locked, before was 01/01/2022

I can assume that this solves the problem.

In reality no, the transaction is still locked to modification.
