Category Report fails reporting 0 even if expenditures are present

Hello,
I have a bug since I ipgraded to 1.6.3 version (Windows 11 OS).
When I select Report->Category I have several categories with 0 as total on some months, but if I select that categories then I can see the single expenditure for that months that have zero as sum. I have noted that transactions with Id < 10000 are not counted in the grandtotal.
Any idea on how to solve this bug?

Just to better clarify the issue, I attach two screenshots which explain the problem:
1.jpg shows the list of categories where the last one has 0 on Gen, Feb, Mar
2.jpg shows that during Gen, Feb, Mar transactions are present but not counted
I have noted that transaction with ID less than 10000 seems not to be considered.....

Are the currency settings in the options correct.

Hi
yes, currency is correct and set to european euro as all the expenditures.
I noted that expenditure not sum are those with a low ID number (but not all)

Those with 18xx are not in the total, the other ones are correctly sum. Maybe this can help
