I managed to get all my accounts balanced and transactions. I added my mortgage as a term account but want to also include in reporting as an expense so I can see my cashflow each month. From reading this seems like a future feature? I was trying to read some other posts for workarounds but not really understanding. If someone could tell me the best method for reporting that would be great.

Does assigning the transaction to a category do what you need?
