Unable to select frequency to "None" for budget category

Hi, as the subject title says, I'm unable to select frequency to "None" unless the amount is 0. When I click "OK" the entry window closes and no changes are made. Is this intended?
I have some transactions I need to make for only a few months and none of the frequency options are appropriate.
