Hi, I have as a provider to Google drive which is the one I have on my computer along with mega, in the android app I have to update every 5 minutes and it works well for me, but I don't see where this is saved in the google drive storage to be able to link it with the windows file, and both use the same

you can self-diagnose via the first screenshot to see remote/cloud storage file path.

Hi, unfortunately the synchronization doesn't work well. I'm using dropbox, I tried to load the database I use on the PC onto the android app but it doesn't load it, it shows me different options.

Then I clicked on download database and it did, but then I tried to insert a new operation, and upload it,
but then on dropobox a new database appeared indicating a conflict. And I don't understand why. :(

Thanks anyway for taking over the development of the app

I use OneDrive to store the database. Synchronization mostly works fine but occasionally I'm told both local and remote files have been updated. It's no big deal, I just download the file from OneDrive in Settings, Synchronization and it's sorted. Could be because I've got it on 2 Android devices as well as my PC. I'm about to get a new tablet so I might hold off installing MoneyManager on it for a while, just run it on my phone and PC, and see if the problem goes away. I reckon it will.

Thanks @Redleon8888 and @mickgardner1 for trying this version and feedback.

The periodic sync might be the most practical way so far to perform file on cloud storage synchronization. It should work on most of scenarios that you modify/sync the database file in sequence mode.

As you know, cloud storage will produce conflicts in some edge case.
Hence, focus download/upload, and re open/export functions are provided to solve the conflicts if any.

Btw,
we have a big amount of users to share their database files cross android(s) and desktop(s) (incl. window, mac and Linux).

It would be achieved via either cloud storage like oneDrive, or a customized sync solution like Syncthing.

Now that we can't choose the cloud sync provider, what's the default? Because it doesn't sync me with Google Drive anymore
