Difficulty importing QFX files into MoneyManager Ex

I'm having trouble importing QFX files into MoneyManager Ex. What are common causes of QFX import problems and how can they be resolved?
It would be an advantage if you could describe your problem in more detail.
It would also be very helpful to specify which operating system and which MMEX version you are using.
