Certificate of deposits

I'd like to track my certificates of deposit (CDs). I'm looking for a way to manually enter the initial principal amount, track the future interest accumulation, and then record the final return of both principal and interest on the maturity date.
Does MMX offer any other smart mechanism to track this?
