Hi - I am relatively new to Money Manager EX and would like to upgrade to the latest version, as prompted when I open the software. I have downloaded version 1.8.0 and I have made an extra backup of my data files. I am on a windows desktop.

When I try to install the latest version though, it asks if I want to remove the previous version. I have no idea whether I should say yes or no and cannot find any upgrade instructions in the documentation. I only want to upgrade, so that my existing files work seamlessly, along with automated transactions etc. Does this mean I should I remove the previous version or leave it?

I do not uninstall the old MMEX version.
