Updating from 1.7.0

Can you help - I'm trying to update from 1.70 64-bit to 1.80, but I keep stalling on this message: - "Can't write: C:\Program Files\Money Manager EX\bin\libcurl.dll" The 1.7.0 version works OK and that file is definitely there in that location, so what's the problem here?

Am I right in assuming that you want to install the MMEX programme on Windows ?? (not the portable version).
I assume that you have not closed MMEX before the installation.
Use the option (uninstall old version) during installation.

Yes, that worked thanks.
I don't recall having to uninstall the old version first before updating from previous versions, though. Maybe my memory also needs an upgrade
