Hello everyone. I am a new member. I have a question that I hope someone can help me with.

I have two accounts in two different currencies. When I try to transfer money from the US dollar ($) account to the MNT account, the receiving account shows the amount as if it is still in dollars, not converted to MNT. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Did you try the advanced option during booking the transfer transaction?
