Realized and Potential Profit Calculation Error

Hello, I think Money Manager uses the FIFO method to calculate Realize and Potential gain. However, when I checked, I saw that the realized and potential gains are calculated incorrectly. The totals are close to correct, but the realized and potential gains are not correct.

) but it is just, to check the calculations...

so far, MMEX uses the average cost mode.
