What is this error? "The passphrase appears to be cleared"

I'm creating new transaction and the error message appears.
Killed the app and reinstalled the latest version, still facing the problem.
* Reinstalled and setup new database file successfully.
Phone: Techno Spark 30C
Android version: 14

It also appears language on the intro screen which I don't feel similar to use.

I've been trying to fix something that existed for a while but was always in the background/not urgent.

Let me know if this version solve the issue.
