I've been using the default categories list but I really dislike it. I want it simple, Food > Grocery / Dining

Does anyone have a pretty well structured list they would like to share? Or thoughts on complexity versus simplicity?

You can change the default categories.
Every user has their own needs and should consider at the outset what kind of information they want to see in the results.
The more categories you use, the more confusing the results become and make it difficult to record bookings.
