Cannot import OFX file due to lack of IMPORT button

I cannot import an OFX file due the lack of an IMPORT button on the "Import OFX file" window.
I cannot figure out any way to resize the "Import OFX file" window to make the IMPORT or CANCEL button visible.
I have tried switching themes but that did not fix the problem. I am running Windows 11 on a vintage (2019) Dell PC.
Thanks in advance for any assistance that anyone can offer me.
