Future Transactions diplaying in light grey is very hard to read

Hi,

I am using V1.9.2 on Windows 11 (64 Bit Portable Build)

The way I use MMEX is to show the following two months of transaction in the account views to easily keep track of what's upcoming. To do this I use the only trick I know and set my computer date every month to two months ahead and just run MMEX to force the scheduled transaction to display, before setting the correct date back on my PC. If there is a better solution to this I would love to know, but this is not what I am actually asking today.

The problem I have, and I am sure it is age related :D , is that, although the current and previous transactions under each account are displayed in a lovely crisp black text, either emboldened or not as to whether they are reconciled or not. But all the future transactions are displayed in a very light grey and to me are pretty much impossible to read. I do not necessarily need these to be displayed in a different colour as the date and the green ticks are there to show me the reconciled transactions which are clear enough for me. I would also happily accept if they could be displayed in any other dark colour like a darker blue or equivalent, but if there is a way that I can change the future transactions so they are not a light grey colour, I would be a very happy man.

Thank you in advance for any assistance in this, keep up the great work.

Many thanks
Chris

Thanks for your reply Renato.

I have gone through all those settings, and tried every combination I can think of and did find that setting my HTML scale factor to 125 is my sweet spot as it gives me all the info I need to see, and everything is visually perfect except, unfortunately, the future transactions. Whatever size or theme I set they are always displayed as a very light grey colour which, as I said in my initial message, I really struggle to read.

I have also tried adjusting my Windows settings, but haven';t found a solution that way either. I was sort of hoping that either someone had suffered from the same issue and found a workaround, or the programmer would say do this, either in the program or maybe an importable theme, or even maybe a Windows trick to get around it, Here's hoping. :)

I am ex IT by the way, so if there is a bit of a complex tweek required, I should be able to cope. :D

Thanks again for any help, it's very much appreciated.

Found a solution in the end using the Theme Manager, so happy days once again. :D

I have a similar question: on one machine A I see the transaction that will come on July 15th in grey,
on a second machine B where I copied the database to, this transaction is not shown, but I can see, that it is calculated.

View -> Ignore Future Transactions is off

I even copied mmexini.db3 from machine A to machine B but this did not help.

I just compiled the newest version Version: 1.9.3-RC.1 64-bit and set up a new transaction in the future - this works.
The other transaction in the future is still not shown.
Maybe I just wait till July 15 and see what happens then...

Any other pointers?
