Can't access mmb file created on Android

Hello,
i'm using Android version of MoneyManager and I try to use now the same DB on windows version, but when I try to open file generated with Android version tell me version is too old or encripted and doesn't open me in windows.
DB file is on Dropbox account and i'm using windows 8.1 64bit version.
