Hi,
Now you can not use Drive natively with Money Manager for Android. You can use apps that make the synchronization of files, and then use the file synchronized. In an upcoming major release I hope to introduce Drive natively.
However, I will make a short tutorial on how to use Drive with third with MoneyManagerEx app for Android
