Feature Request: One-tap selection of payees & categories

Not sure if this is the correct place for featere request in the Android version but I'd like to share an idea. I believe one-tap selection of payees and categories would significantly reduce the number of taps needed to fill in the new transaction data.
Instead of selecting the checkbox first and then going back, a payee shoud be selected as soon as the item is tapped (checked) and the view would go back to the New Transaction screen.
If one wants to update a payee/category then long-tap would work in the list. I find it redundant to have to select and go back. Especially since it is not possible to select multiple payees or categories.
The new design looks great and the new Android-L-type + button for new transaction is extremely handy!
