My Navigation Panel has disappeared and although the "View" tab says the panel is supposed to be there, it isn't. Also my computer keeps telling me that a driver for Solution Menu EX is not installed.  Would this have anything to do with it?

Try to drag the left border of the main window to rirgh.
If no success
Delete mmexini.bd3 file then start mmex.
