Balances wrong

On my tablet i get a pretty major bug, but not on phone. Both are android.
The current balance only seems to take account of the current transactions for the period specified in the user options. This means most of our accounts are unreadable. I'll set up a mock/fake account tomorrow to demonstrate it.
