Graph of a given time period

I need a help: How do I see the graph of the payees for a specific month (i.e. October 2015)?
All I see, under payees, is:
This question is regarding Payees, but also for everyting, as shown in the attachment, is not possible to choose a specific period of time.
Is my mistake?

- Current Month
- Last 30 Days
- Last Year
- Current Year
