Errror importing QIF2 Files

We received this error when importing a QIF2 file.
map::at: key not found
I'm not sure if the date format was an issue.
We downloaded a QIF2 file containing a year's worth of transactions from Bank of America
After viewing the QIF file in, We selected what we thought was the correct date format MM/DD/YY
