The empty screen instead of transactions

Hello!
I have come up against an unclear situation: I start the program, I open the card account for introduction of transaction and I see the empty screen.
At the same time it is visible that the rest is removed true. At transaction introduction she is also not visible, but at calculation of the rest the program she is considered.
There are any ideas about that, what is it?
