HTML5/JS/CSS/RESTful wanted

We are planning to develop an embed web app for MMEX to enhance the UX.
  1. HTML5 based while the render engine is wxWebView.
  2. RESTful API based to retrieve/pull the data
  3. Data visualisation based on your preferred lib, for instance, D3 or Chart.JS
