MMEX Database Schema Changes

Please post any changes to the MMEX database schema in the dev forum before committing the change to SVN.
1. Schema Changes affect a lot of users and unless done correctly, people's existing DB's wont work correctly. So it is better to review the changes to the schema.
2. Tonido Money mirrors the MMEX schema so I am trying to ensure those two remain in sync.
