Crash on Android Oreo (8.1) when using dropbox

If I configure the app to synchronize using dropbox, the app crashes on 8.1. As long as you don't need to access dropbox, the app seems to run fine on 8.1.
App is up to date (via Google AppStore) and runs fine on Android 7
