Transactions mismatch

I have a transactions mismatch, on my Android phone and Windows 10 PC, despite both downloading the same file from Google Drive. The Android version has, specifically : 1 missing withdrawal transaction and 2 missing transfer ones (from one account to another).
I cannot seem to understand why. Anybody can help, please ?

Update : new transactions from either version (Android or Windows 10) are not synced !

A new Beta update was just released, are you a beta tester? My sync just started working, I will check my Transaction ID's and let you know if it's working.

Thanks. But if you are talking about the new Android version, released on 26/2, it still does not show the same balance on my Pixel. It's as if it was reading another or a previous file. Could it be that the Windows version (1.4.0, alpha) is still buggy ??
I wonder if any of the developers are reading the forum's posts....
