Budget estimate...

Hello,
I am new to MMEX and I do no know how to set some budget / category as estimate item. I see in the Budget table overview a collumn called Estimate. However it shows only zeros for all categories. I would need to create estimate items against which I would compare actual state. How to set up estimates?
