App not showing up on google Play Store ?

I recommended Money Manager EX to a friend today. However we cannot get it to show for them on the google play store.is it unavailable presently or withdrawn for some reason. If I go on my pc to the Money Manager website and click on Android link is shows it and indicates I have it installed on my mobile device for my google account.
