Why does MMEX Support Forum redirect to another page?

I'm new here and just entered my first post. Why does the Support Forum then redirect to another page (according to my Firefox browser)? When I search on that, I get information that says often that's an indication of malware. My computer has just been scanned by Windows 10 Defender and Malwarebytes. Should I be concerned about being redirected? It did the same thing after I first registered on this forum.
