Missing database

Admittedly I am a new user of the software. 1.3.3 DB v .7.
After using is successfully since the first of the year, and launch of my new company, today I went to add some new purchases and my database is gone.
Like completely not anywhere on my computer at all. I have searched, and am running an undelete scan at this point.
Has anyone seen this issue?
