With this information, it is difficult to help.
At least, you would need to know which version you used to work with and which version is now installed.
I would create a new empty database and then report the version information here.
By the way, many have problems because they once had installed a version 1.4 and now the database must first adapt for the latest MMEX versions. There are many posts about this in the forum.

As Renato notes it looks like you have a database that was creates using v1.40 sometime in the past.
